<p>Nobody likes fatty cheeks or double chin. It is against the normal form of fitness and wellness and beauty of an individual. Many people choose liposuction as the remedy in such crisis to look normal. The reality is that if you do some simple exercising, the body loses the fat including the extra facial fat.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>If you gain weight, the first signs are seen on the face. The face becomes heavy, cheeks become flabby and you carry double chins. You can cover these flaws with expert makeup, but the agony remains as it is. The simple and safe way to get rid of this problem is to do certain facial exercising including the exercising of the full body. When you lose the gross weight, the facial fat goes away as well.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Exercises are simple</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>You do not have to change the routine exercising currently being followed by you. Do not stop aerobic workouts or yoga if you are practicing them regularly. Keep it in mind that, you need to reduce the fat from the whole body. Hence, just include a few simple exercises for the facial fat accumulation.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>(a)  Close your eyes and put fingers on eyelids. Now, try to bring eyelids down with the eyebrows going up. It helps toning the forehead portion of the face. Continue for five minutes every day. You may find deposition of fat under eyes. Relax and try to make an up and down movement of eyeballs keeping eyes closed. Imagine seeing an object in this position and continuing this for at least 15 minutes. Draw eyebrows up as far as possible in this exercise. Never open eyes during the exercise.  Relax by counting 1-10. Repeat it for 10 minutes every day.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>(b)  Wash your hands and fingers properly before you start this exercising. Put a finger in your mouth and suck it with as much force as possible. Count 1-10 and stop and withdraw the finger from the mouth. Repeat it at least for 10 times a day. It will definitely help you to regain the normal shape of your cheeks.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Next, Tilt the head backwards and put pressure on both cheeks against the palm of your hands and try to create a laugh keeping your mouth closed. Continue it for 10 minutes every day. Your cheeks regain the earlier looks once again.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>(c) Tilt the head backwards slowly and smoothly until you feel pressure on the neck. Try to move the jaw from right to left and left to right. Perform this for five times a day to tone up the neck and shoulder muscles to lose fat.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>(d) Sit straight and tilt the head slowly backwards and look to the ceiling with the face parallel to the ceiling. Try to put the lower lip on the upper one by keeping the mouth closed and count 1-10. Relax and repeat it for 10 times a day. Sit on a chair and tilt the head backwards and face the ceiling. Move the head in a circular motion keeping lips closed and count 1-20. Relax and repeat the feat for five minutes a day to get rid of double chin problem.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>(e) Open your mouth as much as possible until it hurts lips, chin or cheeks and count 1-10. Relax and repeat it for five minutes a day. It helps to tone up facial muscles and at the same time supports effective blood circulation, which ultimately helps in reducing facial fat.</p>

<p>What motivates me to be a very successful person in life is my parents, myself, my family, my church members and the Lord above. My parents have been pushing me ever since I have been in high school. They always had faith in me and in what I could do, which will take me very far in life. The dream is for me to go to college and finish a degree in the field of healthcare. </p>
<p>The <a rel="nofollow" onclick="javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '/outgoing/article_exit_link']);" href="http://www.studentscholarships.org/salary_ca/253/other_technical_occupations_in_health_care_except_dental.php" title="Health Care">health care field is my choice</a> because I love people and I would love to heal the sick. My main area would be children since I have always love kids. There are so many sick children out there in the world today that it makes me cry every time. There are some children who do not live to see the age 10, which is very sad. There are parents out there who don&#8217;t care about children or who don&#8217;t know how to take care of them. Some parents are the ones who have the children and put them in trash can or put them off on other people. Even, there are parents out there who are on drugs or alcoholics who have poisoned or tormented their children minds, bodies, and soul. </p>
<p>Someone has to be there to take care of them and make them healthy again so they can live a long prosperous life. Someone has to be a positive role model to the children of the world today so they can become somebody just like I would. All they need is love and guidance. The health field will always need help and that is exactly what field I will be in. </p>
<p>I think I will have miracle hands to heal the children in the world and to be a positive role model at the same time. There are so many things in this world that has something negative to it, but I know I am better than negative. I can achieve anything, which will be positive. My parents always had faith in me and that is needed. My parents’ dream is for me to go to school and get my degree; and I will not let them down. I have to reach that goal until I achieve it. My parents have always given me encouragement in times when I wanted to give up. They always lifted me right on up. </p>
<p>My father passed away this April 14, 2005 and my heart is broken how his death was so quick and out the blue. I know one thing for sure, it is his biggest dream for me to finish school and I have to. I can’t let him down. I know my father is looking down on me and I have to continue to make him proud of me. I am only twenty years old and I don’t have a father anymore and people don’t understand how hard it is for me. But I can&#8217;t give up or I will break his heart as well as my mother’s. </p>
<p>Since my mother being a single mother now, I have to make her proud of me . She is being very strong right now and she worries about me everyday getting through school with all this stress on me from loosing my father all the way to financial assistance for school. I tell her every day we will make some way or another. I have very supporting family behind me all the way, so they keep me positive and understanding that every thing will be okay. </p>
<p>Church members are there with a lot of support and love for me and my mom, so that gives me an ambition to work harder. God has brought me this far and I know deep down inside he has a lot of things in store for me to be somebody; and my goal is to become somebody really big who could save a lot of lives. I am a person who likes to be very independent, organized and dedicated to what I do. So if I am going to do something out of life, I am going to love it every step of the way. I have never been the type who gives up. I know sometimes I want to, but I will not let those dreams slip out from out of my hands. I have to be positive out of life because I know everything is not going to happen when I want it but it will happen right on time. I have strong faith in myself that I will graduate and have my degree hopefully by May of 2007. I will obtain that degree and then go for another one. Life is too short to let opportunities jump pass me so I know I have to take them. </p>
<p>Everyone only lives once so you have to live your life to the fullest. The health career has a lot of opportunities like the benefits, the money you make, working with people, meeting new people, spreading my love to others, being dedicated to what I do and working in a hospital. I want to go home at night smiling and knowing that I did a great job and the best I could do for that day. The career is better than money. </p>
<p>Money comes and goes; but people, you never know when you will see them again and I might be the one to save their lives. I would never take a career because of the money. I will take the career because I love to do it. I love people and I am sticking with that desire in my heart to save lives and make children healthy again. All I know is that pushing myself until I’ve achieved what I want out of life is what motivates me and I will not stop motivating myself even after I have achieved my degree. There are a lot more opportunities in the world for me and I will take them. A lot of things take a lot of time, but I will achieve them one by one. When a person don&#8217;t have faith in me or tell me I can&#8217;t do something, I just push myself even harder to show them I can do anything if I put my mind to it. </p>
<p>I can do anything through Christ. I will make my daddy and my mom proud of me, because they have raised a great child.</p>

<p>Physical fitness is one of the great essentials of match play. Keenness can only be acquired if the physical, mental, and nervous systems are in tune. Consistent and systematic training is essential to a tournament player. </p>
<p>Regular hours of sleep, and regular, hearty food at regular hours are necessary to keep the body at its highest efficiency. Food is particularly important. Eat well, but do not over-eat, particularly immediately before playing. I believe in a large hearty breakfast on the day of a big match. This should be taken by nine-thirty. A moderate lunch at about one o&#8217;clock if playing at three. Do not eat very rich food at luncheon as it tends to slow you up on the court. Do not run the risk of indigestion, which is the worst enemy to dear eyesight. Rich, heavy food immediately before retiring is bad, as it is apt to make you &#8220;loggy&#8221; on the court the next day. </p>
<p>It is certain injury to touch alcoholic drink in any form during tournament play. Alcohol is a poison that affects the eye, the mind, and the wind three essentials in tennis. Tobacco in moderation does little harm, although it, too, hits eye and wind. A man who is facing a long season of tournament play should refrain from either alcohol or tobacco in any form. Excesses of any kind are bad for physical condition, and should not be chanced. </p>
<p>&#8220;Staleness&#8221; is the great enemy of players who play long seasons. It is a case of too much tennis. Staleness is seldom physical weariness. A player can always recover his strength by rest. Staleness is a mental fatigue due often to worry or too close attention to tennis, and not enough variety of thought. Its symptoms are a dislike for the tennis game and its surroundings, and a lack of interest in the match when you are on the court. I advocate a break in training at such a time. Go to the theatre or a concert, and get your mind completely off tennis. Do your worrying about tennis while you are playing it, and forget the unpleasantness of bad play once you are off the court. Always have some outside interest you can turn to for relaxation during a tournament; but never allow it to interfere with your tennis when you should be intent on your game. A nice balance is hard to achieve, but, once attained is a great aid to a tournament player.  </p>
<p>The laws of training should be closely followed before and after a match. Do not get chilled before a match, as it makes you stiff and slow. Above all else do not stand around without a wrap after a match when you are hot or you will catch cold. </p>
<p>Many a player has acquired a touch of rheumatism from wasting time at the close of his match instead of getting his shower while still warm. That slight stiffness the next day may mean defeat. A serious chill may mean severe illness. Do not take chances. </p>
<p>Change your wet clothes to dry ones between matches if you are to play twice in a day. It will make you feel better, and also avoid the risk of cold. </p>
<p>Tournament players must sacrifice some pleasures for the sake of success. Training will win many a match for a man if he sticks to it. Spasmodic training is useless, and should never be attempted. </p>
<p>The condition a player is, in is apt to decide his mental viewpoint, and aid him in accustoming himself to the external conditions of play. </p>
<p>All match players should know a little about the phenomenon of crowd-psychology since, as in the case of the Church-Murray match I related some time back, the crowd may play an important part in the result. </p>
<p>It seldom pays to get a crowd down on you. It always pays to win its sympathy. I do not mean play to the gallery, for that will have the opposite effect than the one desired. </p>
<p>The gallery is always for the weaker player. It is a case of helping the &#8220;under-dog.&#8221; If you are a consistent winner you must accustom yourself to having the gallery show partiality for your opponent. It is no personal dislike of you. It is merely a natural reaction in favour of the loser. Sometimes a bad decision to one play will win the crowd&#8217;s sympathy for him. Galleries are eminently just in their desires, even though at times their emotions run away with them. </p>
<p>Quite aside from the effect on the gallery, I wish to state here that when you are the favoured one in a decision that you know is wrong, strive to equalize it if possible by unostentatiously losing the next point. Do not hit the ball over the back stop or into the bottom of the net with a jaunty air of &#8220;Here you are.&#8221; Just hit it slightly out or in the net, and go on about your business in the regular way. Your opponent always knows when you extend him this justice, and he appreciates it, even though he does not expect it. Never do it for effect. It is extremely bad taste. Only do it when your sense of justice tells you you should. </p>
<p>The crowd objects, and justly so, to a display of real temper on the court. A player who loses his head must expect a poor reception from the gallery. Questioned decisions by a player only put him in a bad light with the crowd and cannot alter the point. You may know the call was wrong, but grin at it, and the crowd will join you. These things are the essence of good sportsmanship, and good sportsmanship will win any gallery. The most unattractive player in the world will win the respect and admiration of a crowd by a display of real sportsmanship at the time of test. </p>
<p>Any player who really enjoys a match for the game&#8217;s sake will always be a fine sportsman, for there is no amusement to a match that does not give your opponent his every right. A player who plays for the joy of the game wins the crowd the first time he steps on the court. All the world loves an optimist. </p>
